Chairpilot (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the platform at chairpilot.app. We provide booking, marketing, and business management tools for booking businesses — including barbers, hair salons, and beauty studios. Our registered contact email is niall@chairpilot.app.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
  • Business information: your business name, location, services, pricing, and availability that you provide during onboarding.
  • Booking data: appointment details created by you or your clients — including client names, contact details, and service selections.
  • Payment information: subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic analytics to help us improve the product.
  • Photos and brand assets: images you upload to generate marketing content.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and operate the Chairpilot platform.
  • To send booking confirmation and reminder emails to you and your clients.
  • To process subscription payments through Stripe.
  • To generate marketing assets and content from your uploaded photos.
  • To send product updates and service announcements (you can opt out at any time).
  • To improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service and is bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Your client's data

When your clients book through your Chairpilot booking page, their name and contact details are stored in your account. You are responsible for informing your clients that their booking data is processed through Chairpilot. You should not share client data with third parties outside of what is necessary to fulfil their appointment.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
